Always busy, not attending the calls, Since they are busy with their own leads they do not need any leads from digital marketing. Number used to be "waiting" while we calling but they never call back, ringing... ringing... ringing... Only they peoples are doing business. we are calling for timepass.

Very disappointing experience with Vijaya Doors. Before placing the order, they promised delivery before 25th May. Our house warming is on 29th May, so timely delivery was very important for us. But even after repeated follow-ups for several days, there was no proper response or commitment. Every day we were told “today delivery” or “tonight delivery,” but nothing happened. Today they even informed us the door had already been sent, but when we contacted the driver directly, he was nowhere near our location. Later another staff member said they still could not find the door. The biggest problem is the lack of communication inside their team. Office staff, workers, and driver all gave different information. No coordination, no proper updates, and no accountability. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress just days before our house warming function. I strongly request the company to improve customer communication, delivery management, and commitment handling. Very poor service experience overall.
