Extremely Disappointed with Sree Kandas Plywood, Karaikal Modular Kitchen For Rs 3,50,000 I had my modular kitchen done through a combination of products and services from Stree, Kandas, Playwood, Karaikal, and the work was executed by Engineer Somu from Maruti Construction. Unfortunately, this has turned out to be a very poor experience. Full of termite Within just 5 years, the quality of the plywood has degraded severely. The cabinets have lost their strength, the edges are peeling, and overall durability is extremely poor. It’s clear that very low-grade materials were used, despite being promised top-quality modular kitchen components. What’s more disappointing is the lack of accountability from both the brands and Engineer Somu, who handled the construction. It feels like a complete cheat and betrayal of trust. The money invested has not given any lasting value. I strongly advise others to stay away from these brands and this contractor. Don’t fall for their false promises—the quality is not worth the cost or the headache in the long run. ---
