Particle Boards are panel products manufactured by gluing together particles of wood. Particles are flakes, shavings and splinters produced by cutting or breaking. Made from recycled agricultural fibre, it is coloured with non-toxic, water based dyes. The texture you see or feel comes from the fibre content, not found in other similar products. For the production of particle boards a well planned manufacturing process and quality inspection is critical.
MDF is the most versatile of wood panel products. It is a type of fibre board made from wood or lignocellulosic material refined into fibres and reconstituted with a resin binder (glue) carrying elevated temperatures. The main advantage is its homogeneous structure with uniform texture and properties throughout. It is easier to machine than natural wood and can be intricately and precisely machined and finished for producing the highest quality of furniture, cabinets and construction components.
Typical applications include drawer bottoms, backs of cabinets and center panels in framed doors, wall and ceiling paneling and, due to its excellent acoustic properties it is also being successfully used in Hi-Fi equipment. |

Green Lamieboard comes from 100% virgin timber and is a 3 layered particle board in a wide range of colours and patterns. It is abrasion resistant and manufactured using the worlds best pre-lam technology.
The plain particle boards are made from plantation hardwood timber agro waste. The same are laminated with melamine impregnated high grammage imported paper on either side. Green lamieboard is an eco-friendly alternative to conventional timber, plywood and block board. Apart from IS:12823 Grade II, Type II, it also conforms to specified international standards.
Finishes available are Matte, Suede, Open Grain* and Vertical Line* and sizes are:
2135mm x 1220mm (7 x 4)
2440mm x 1220mm (8 x 4)
2440mm x 1830mm (8 x 6)
2745mm x 1830mm (9 x 6)
Thicknesses available are 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, 25mm, 30mm and 35mm

Manufactured using our proprietary MIT technology (Melamine Impregnated Tissue Technology), and made from A+ grade veneers out of 100% virgin timber, Premiaboard is termite, fungus and borer resistant..
Whats more, you get uniform thickness and exceptional dimensional stability.
Available in Grade I and Grade II, you are guaranteed a veneer thickness of 0.5mm and sizes are:
