Precautions
  1. Green BWR Plywood should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place to prevent fungus, insect and borer attacks.
  2. It should be stored properly in stacks on a flat level to prevent warping, bending or twisting.
  3. It should be kept away from extreme heat and sunlight to prevent discolouration and other damage.
  4. Good quality synthetic resin adhesive should be used for proper bonding of Greenply with Green Decorative Plywood or Greenlam.
  5. Fine-toothed cross cut saws should be used for sawing/cutting Greenply.

Decorative Veneers - Specifications

Precautions
  1. Green Decorative Plywood should be stored in well ventilated and dry places to prevent fungus, insect and borer attack.
  2. It should be stored properly in stacks on a flat level to prevent warping, bending or twisting.
  3. Good quality synthetic resin adhesive should be used for joining Green Decorative Plywood with Greenply.
  4. Green Decorative Plywood should be cleaned properly with a soft and clean cloth before applying varnish and polish.
  5. For clear finishing of Green Decorative Plywood, the following processes must be used:
    a. Bleaching b. Cleaning c. Staining d. Filling e. Sealing f. Colour matching g. Coating h. Rubbing j. Polishing.

Precautions
  1. Do not use coarse ripsaws.
  2. Timber beading of minimum 6mm thickness is suggested when mechanical fasteners are to be fitted on the edges to protect from excessive wear and tear.
  3. Always follow the adhesive manufacturers' instructions.
  4. In conditions of extreme humidity, use of rubber based adhesive is recommended.
