Our talent acquisition process is transparent, comprehensive and competitive. We believe that identifying the right talent is critical for the success of our business. Given below is a glimpse of our Hiring process:

  • Once the requirement is generated by a department, we applications through various channels of recruitment
  • Basis the requirement, the candidates are short-listed and invited for an interview with the HR department
  • Thank you cards are sent to all candidates
  • The short-listed candidates are invited for an interview with the Line Manager and the Department Head (if required)
  • The candidates are informed about the results of the selection process through email within 3 working days
  • Once the candidate is finalized, the letter of intent is issued and date of joining finalized
